What makes this project special?
The tenement house was built at the end of the 19th century. First, in 1895, in the neo-baroque style, for the Bayrischer Hof hotel. Bought in 1920 by Schlesische Handels-Bank, it was rebuilt in 1920-21, according to the design of the company of Berlin architects Bielenberg & Moser, and became the seat of the Discount Bank. Until 2017, it was the headquarters of the BGŻ bank. In 2019, we renovated the facility. The main idea of the investment is to provide office space for small companies looking for space from 11 to 25 m2 with access to common sanitary infrastructure.
